Although I am also a WordPress developer at Fiverr and Upwork.  maybe you can be a graphic designer social media marketer, graphic designer, etc.  In that situation, you need an attractive and handsome profile picture. If I see. some new or fresh freelancers do not interest in the profile picture and understood that it is not the policy of Fiverr. It is totally wrong.

Make sure you have a handsome profile picture that indicates your service. It can be a logo, your portrait, a real photo, or any other real photo that can win the trust of buyers.

Because buyers are always first to look at your profile picture and then the quality work that you have done in past with positive reviews. They are afraid of fake sellers or freelancers on Fiverr or everywhere.

So if you are thinking to use a bad profile picture to capture good buyers on Fiverr then you are wrong. In the last, They will report to Fiverr about you and then the Fiverr team takes steps to ban your account suddenly.

As you know if you are an expert seller, Every new freelancer steals other sellers' description and think that it is good for their business but it is a big mistake. You should write your own description with good SEO. You can take ideas from other seller descriptions but write them in your own words. You can get more orders from Fiverr if you write a good and SEO-friendly gig description.

Avoid From Two Points

Don't beg for orders in the Description.

Don't Include any other links or portfolio links in the description.

If you will include these two points in your description then Fiverr will disable your Fiverr profile for a long time.

Buyer Request Copy & Paste

In that case, You have to read the first buyer request carefully. When you will understand all details then you write descriptions according to buyer requirements. Keep in mind, You will choose relevant gigs for the right buyer request and then send them. Some new freelancers use the same description in all buyer requests and send them. It is not the right practice for that. Your account can be banned in the future if you will use the same description in all buyer requests. Another disadvantage is that buyer did not interested in copy paste buyer requests because they understand that freelancer did not read all descriptions carefully. 

Please send unique and different buyer requests according to buyer requests and send them if you have any portfolio with your previous work. You can attach it with your offer. 

Asking Five Star Ratings from Buyers

All new sellers are waiting happily to get 5-star positives quickly from buyers. In this situation, they ask buyers to show positive feedback on their profile. It's fully wrong if I see it closely. But You will not repeat mistakes. It depends on the buyer's satisfaction according to your work. when you complete the project then your buyers see your work and decide to give feedback. It can also be positive or negative.

 As a seller or freelancer, you should not focus on buyer reviews but you should interest more in services and work quality. Buyers will show automatically show reviews on your profile when you will deliver good-quality work.

If you beg for reviews from buyers after completing the project then your profile will ban for some months.

Getting Fake Clicks

First of all, We do the first mistake of sharing gigs on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc. But before sharing a gig, we should analyze the audience of social media. 

Are buyers available to your on your social media profile to target?

If not so, then you should do not it. If You will increase the impression and click but the impression and click will not convert into your orders. Fiverr will see this game and understand that its profile is not good for buyers. Your profile impression is automatically down.

Login to Different Fiverr Accounts from One Device

The main reason has come when you log in to a different account from one device. Mostly, new sellers do this without reading Fiverr's terms and conditions. To prevent this situation, you will have to log in to one Fiverr seller account from one device. If you will do not do so then your Fiverr seller accounts are disabled or banned permanently. 

If you are using a VPN to log in account. It is a dangerous thing with your Fiverr account. I recommend don't do that. 

This method is the best. you can use it. You can use an individual internet connection (WiFi) for a few Fiverr accounts with different devices. If you are using one internet connection to a different Fiverr seller account then Fiverr will see your internet IP address. Your account can be blocked or disabled if your IP address matches with all accounts.

A Fiverr account is quickly banned or disabled when you got fake reviews on your gigs. Mostly, new sellers don't know about Fiverr deeply that how it works properly. Many sellers take this step first and are looking to get more reviews on their gigs for earning extra money. 

As we know, some beginner sellers use fake accounts to show reviews on their real accounts. But, Fiverr mind is active to catch these types of activities regularly. It can easily find out fake reviews and real reviews. So, It is the wrong procedure for you. You have to work hard to get real reviews on your Fiverr profile. For it, You have to get real reviews according to the Fiverr algorithm. So, You have to promote your Fiverr gigs through SEO to get more reviews and orders.

 

Use Fake Gig Images

I strongly recommended this Fiverr profile section because It is the main part of your Fiverr seller profile. There is the most common reason that comes on beginners' seller accounts. Gig image is the first look at your services that buyers look at first before buying your services. Whether, you are a graphic designer, WordPress Developer, or others. You have to create awesome gigs to attract your buyers' eyes.

Another reason is that you steal gig images from others seller account and upload it on your profile. If you do it then Fiverr will ban your account. So, I recommend, You create your gig image using canvas or other free tools. You can ideas from other seller gig images but you can not use the same. This issue faces commonly new sellers. They do not interested to design gig images. 

Keep in mind before creating or designing a gig image, Your gig image relates to your services. It is not good for you if you will use irrelevant gig images for your services.

Post Services as a Buyer Request

Today, Most new sellers attempt this method to get a job. I think it is illegal things on Fiverr and not good for you. If you do so. New freelancers do ignore Fiverr law. I strongly recommend you before working on Fiverr. please read the full rule and regulations. So that your account keeps safe.

If you send your services as a buyer request for getting more orders. I think It is not right for you. You can face difficulties in the future. If you do so.Because Other sellers report to Fiverr about you after seeing their services on Fiverr buyer request. Then Fiverr will take action immediately and will ban your Fiverr account for a long time.

Payment Request Issue

As you know, Fiverr is a big marketplace for sellers and buyers. It has 3 million plus sellers and 5 million plus buyers. It is not easy to manage their money and personal details. To manage these all activities, Fiverr receive a 20% commission from every seller after delivering the project. For Example:

If you win 5 dollar project on Fiverr. When you complete it successfully and delivering to buyers. Then Fiverr receive 1 dollar from 5 dollars. You receive 4 dollars.

New Sellers dislike this commission rate that Fiverr takes. But, Fiverr provide a platform for business and receives the lowest commission from you.

However, Some new sellers send the request to buyers to receive payment through others any way except Fiverr. They get payment from other sources to prevent Fiverr's 20% commission. You should not this movement on your profile if you want to keep safe from the ban on your account. It is against Fiverr's rules and regulations. 

Use Email and Skype ID

This reason comes when you are chatting with buyer requests during the project discussion. You use your personal email, skype id, etc to communicate. Then, Fiverr considers that they want to communicate in another way. It is against Fiverr policy if you do so.

Get TOS Warnings

Now, I try to write the last reason for TOS Warnings. First of all, You have to know, what is TOS warnings. TOS means terms of service. If you go against Fiverr terms of service then your account will be banned permanently.

Fiverr also gives points for avoiding TOS infringement warnings within 30 days.
