WhatsApp is happy to users by introducing a screen-sharing feature on Android phones.

With the most recent change to WhatsApp, you may now share what's on your screen during video calls. It functions similarly to other video call systems like Microsoft Teams and Zoom. This feature is shown by an icon of a phone with an arrow.

It can be found at the bottom of WhatsApp calls with the standard controls for changing cameras, switching off the sound, and stopping the video.

A message will appear when you click the new button asking if you want to begin recording or screen recording with WhatsApp.It's essential to understand that any passwords, pictures, or payment information you provide will be available to the business. Click "Start now" if that is OK for you. Throughout the call, you are free to stop screen sharing whenever you like.

Screen sharing is now available to a limited number of Android beta testers. In the upcoming weeks, more users will get access to it.

Remember that it could not function with folks who haven't downloaded the most recent version of WhatsApp or with larger group calls or older Android devices. If you own an iPhone or iPad and use other apps in addition to WhatsApp, you should be aware that Apple just added a similar screen-sharing function to FaceTime calls.
